Welcome Packs We offer three types of welcome pack: Starter - 6 trash bags, 4 toilet rolls, 1 kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish sponge, laundry detergent and softener for $50 Standard - Orange juice, water, milk, tea, coffee, bread, butter, jam, cereal and sugar for $50 Deluxe - includes wine and flower for $80 Let us know if you would like something for a special occasion, we will be happy to accommodate and give you a price.
Pool Heating This is charged at a daily rate starting at $30. We do recommend pool heat between November and April as outside temperatures can drop, especially in the evenings.
If you are interested in hiring a BBQ then just call during our hours to arrange your BBQ hire at $85 a week (7 day minimum). A gas BBQ and cannister will be delivered to you but please be aware that Florida State law does not permit cooking within the confines of the pool deck and so any cooking will have to take place outside the screened area.
As you are staying in self-catering accommodation you may wish to arrange a mid-week clean by our professional cleaning company. A mid-week clean would also include a full house clean and change of laundry. If you would like more details of the fees charged for this optional extra, please feel free to call our team and they will be able to provide you with further details.
Most homes do provide a cot free of charge but should you need to hire one we can provide one for $25 per week
