The kitchen is nearby and has been equipped with the appliances, gadgets and utensils you will need if you decide to cook a family meal, with the breakfast bar being an ideal place to relax with drinks and snacks throughout the day. Patio doors from here lead out to the west-facing pool area so you can easily wander in and out to soak up some of the glorious sunshine. On the other side of the kitchen is a dining table, perfect for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. The spacious main bedroom is to the left of the lounge area and has windows overlooking the pool deck, a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor and overlooks the front garden, it has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is centrally placed upstairs and has been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style that would suit all guests. Bedroom 5 is nearby and has a set of Bunk beds and a Single bed, perfect if a trio of siblings are enjoying a holiday together. A TV in each bedroom means that nobody has to miss out on watching their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep each night. Head to the games room for endless games of pool or to show off your basketball skills to other family members. A TV and seating keeps spectators happy while they wait for a chance to play and the air-conditioning unit keeps everybody cool, no matter how heated the competition gets! The clubhouse is a 3 minute walk from here and guests staying on Solana can use all the community facilities here, including heated swimming pool, separate spa, Tiki bar, sunbathing deck with loungers and cabanas, beach volleyball court, children’s playground, mini golf, well-equipped gym and a TV lounge. After busy days at the shopping malls or theme parks, head back to your villa for some rest and relaxation in the sunshine. The private west-facing pool and refreshing spa will help make unforgettable memories here before settling down around the table with everybody else to start making plans for your next Florida villa holiday. The home has parking for two vehicles, which must not block the sidewalks or pedestrian pathways (no vehicles with signage). Another two vehicles are permitted to park on the pavement outside the home. No trailers permitted. The HOA has a towing policy in place for anyone not adhering to the rules.
