This well presented home has a formal living room and dining area, with an open plan kitchen and Family Room to the rear looking out over the sunny pool and deck. 5 well appointed bedrooms furnished with 3 US King size beds; twin beds in bedroom 4 and bedroom 5 has 2 sets of bunk beds featuring Frozen II / Olaf and is suitable for any younger Disney fans. There are 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, 2 sitting areas, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, plus a games room.

Pack ‘N’ Play, highchair, baby gates and strollers are available to use when you have toddlers and babies in your party. The games room is well equipped with air-hockey, pool, vintage electronic arcade game, Nintendo Wii, cable TV and darts too.

Outdoor life is spectacular ...... from sunbathing on the huge extended south facing deck with lanai offering shade from the sun, to splashing in the fabulous 30 foot swimming pool and spa or just nature watching over on the natural lake beyond - it’s all spectacular. Both child safety fence and alarmed doors to the Pool area protect your child’s safety.

Sunbreeze guests will enjoy the security of being on a resort which has a manned gated entrance 24 hours per day. The resort facilities are free of charge so why not have a try at beach volley ball, or maybe half hour in the gym, while the children use the children’s playground and picnic area.
