During these unprecedented times we wanted to take this opportunity, on behalf of Sunshine State Villas, to share with you the top priority measures we are taking. Whilst maintaining our current high cleaning standards, we are introducing enhanced sanitizing, to include: • All surfaces, doors and cabinet handles and knobs • Entry door key pads, lock boxes and alarm keypads • Wall and light switches• Taps/faucets, toilet flush levers• Washer and dryer knobs• Blinds pulleys (chain and rope)• TV and gaming controls • Linens will be washed at the highest recommended manufacturer setting • Thermostats Our inspectors and cleaning teams will be wearing the appropriate PPE and adhering to the CDC guidelines.
