Our villa is located in a quiet cul de sac in the private gated community of West Haven. This well
maintained community has immaculate landscaping, gardens and roads. The pristine south facing
pool and spa area has the sun all day long, perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing and enjoying the
sunset after a long day at the nearby Disney Parks or other major attractions.

The villa is light and decorated to a very high standard. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining
area deliver a feeling of space and comfort. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite). The
master bedroom opens directly onto the pool area. For your enjoyment there are smart TVs in the
lounge and 2 of the bedrooms. The villa has high speed internet access and wifi connectivity. The
garage has been converted into a games room with table tennis and table football. There is a fully
equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Guests have full access to the community clubhouse, gym, tennis courts and swimming pool. The
villa is only a couple of minutes’ drive from the Champions Gate golf complex, supermarkets and
restaurants. Orlando International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car. The Disney
parks are approximately 7 miles away. Other attractions within easy reach include premium retail
outlet parks, Universal Studios, Sea World and International Drive. If you like the arts then
Downtown Orlando has a lot to offer.

One hours drive east will take you to the fabulous beaches and nature reserves of the Atlantic
coastline, Cocoa Beach and Canaveral, and one hour west takes you to resorts of the Gulf Coast
including Clearwater and Tampa.

The villa is superbly maintained with local property managers who are on hand to provide
information and assistance during your stay.

Beautiful Villa! The location and neighborhood were very nice. We loved the private pool. Close to restaurants and grocery stores, and about a 20 minute drive to the Disney Parks. We will definitely stay here again!!

Fabulous stay. Our family absolutely loved this property, we spent many hours in the pool and spa, eating our meals on the lanai and watching the wildlife stroll by. We will be back. Thank you for a lovely stay :)
