THE FAMILY ROOM has 2 large sofa's, two chairs, coffee table, Large Flat Screen 42' HD Plasma Cable TV with multi-regional DVD player, this room leads to the pool area via patio doors, it is also connected to the kitchen.

THE KITCHEN is fully equipped with American fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and enough crockery and cooking utensils for more than 10 people. There is a breakfast table with 4 chairs.

THE UTILITY ROOM houses the washing machine, tumble drier, iron and board, hoover etc.

THE POOL is 28' and south west facing, it can be heated and has a pool blanket for the winter months it is floodlit. The deck is large and also floodlit, we have ample patio furniture and loungers and also have a privacy fence and child safety fence.

This fantastic villa is situated very close to all the attractions, Disney is 15 mins. away, Universal 20 mins. We have a Publix supermarket and Applebees Restaurant across the road along with the highly renowned Highlands Reserve Golf Course. There are many more courses within a short drive. Champions Gate only 5 mins.
